Privacy - Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

Dear Customer,

the undersigned firm, Pramaor Srl - Via Nogarola, 17 - 32027 Taibon Agordino (BL) - Italy, would like to inform you that, to set up and manage our business relationship, we will acquire certain company and fiscal data, including verbally, either directly or from outsiders, and this data is considered as personal under the terms of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
We wish to inform you however that this data is used exclusively for the specific activities of our company, to fulfil all our contractual and legal obligations and to allow an efficient management of our sales relationships, for internal administration and management, for marketing and for statistics purposes. The data may be processed in a written form or using magnetic, electronic or telematic methods.
In particular your credit card data will be processed and transmitted in coded form (SSL 128 bit) directly to the bank that processes this sort of payment (Banca Antoniana Popolare Veneta - www.antonveneta.it). Pramaor will never directly come into possession of this data.
It is compulsory for you to give us this data to enable us to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations, and your refusal to supply the data or to allow it being processed could mean that our company would be unable to continue in its relationship with you.
However your refusal to supply any data that is not necessary for our legal or contractual obligations will be evaluated from time to time by the company, and we will then decide on the importance of the requested data with regards the management of our business relationship.
Apart from the communication of the data in Italy or abroad to fulfill our legal obligations, it could also be communicated within or outside the EU to: banks, credit recovery firms, credit insurance firms, commercial information agencies, professionals and consultants, transport companies and any other natural or legal person, agencies or telecommunications services who require the data to perform other activities that may be requested.
The data will be kept for the duration of our business relationship and after its termination to fulfill all legal obligations and for future statistics and commercial information.
With regards the data, your company can exercise the rights established by art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (a copy being enclosed below) within the limits and terms established by articles 8, 9 and 10 of said Legislative Decree. The data processing is owned by our company, Pramaor Srl - Via Nogarola, 17 - 32027 Taibon Agordino (BL) - Italy. The person responsible for the processing is the temporary legal representative who, under the terms of this law, is domiciled in: Via Nogarola, 17 - 32027 Taibon Agordino (BL) - Italy.

Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The party concerned has the right to receive confirmation as to whether the personal data exists or not, even if said data has not yet been recorded, and to receive it in a comprehensible form.

2. The party concerned has the right to learn:
a) Where the data originated;
b) The purpose and method for its processing;
c) The logic applied in the event the data is processed electronically;
d) Identification of the owner of the processing, the persons responsible and the delegated representative, pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) Identification of the persons or categories of persons that the personal data may be communicated to or who may obtain knowledge of the data in their position as delegated representative of the State, or any other responsible or assigned persons.

3. The party concerned has the right to obtain:
a) The update, amendment or, if wished, the integration of the data;
b) The cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or total blockage of any data that is processed illegally, including any data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected and subsequently processed;
c) Confirmation that the operations at items a) and b) have been communicated with details of their contents, to all those who have received the data, except in those cases where said communication is impossible or requires means out of proportion to the protected right.

4. The party concerned can oppose totally or in part:
a) The personal data being processed for legitimate reasons, even if it is pertinent to the purpose for which it was gathered;
b) The personal data being processed for sending advertising or direct sales material or for market research or commercial communications.
